📌 1. Order Processing & Cancellation
When a customer places an order, it will remain in pending status for 12 hours.
Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, the order will be packed and dispatched, and cancellation will not be possible to avoid business loss.)
📌 2. Payment Terms
If a customer cancels the order within the allowed 12-hour window, the advance payment will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days (often sooner, depending on the payment method).
If a return is made without any product issue (customer’s personal reason), delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
If the product is damaged or defective, the full refund will be provided (no delivery charges will be deducted).

Orders are generally delivered within 7 to 9 days from the date of order.
In some cases, delivery may happen earlier (within 7 days).

Customers can raise a return request within 12 hours after receiving the order.
During product delivery, the customer must:
Open the package in front of the delivery agent.
Record a video while unboxing the product.
If any defect, damage, or missing item is found in the recorded video, we will accept the return.
Return requests must be submitted via Instagram (@treskart) with the recorded video proof.
Without video proof at the time of delivery, return claims may not be accepted.

We perform a strict quality check before dispatching every product.
Our products are 99% defect-free; however, in rare cases (1%), an issue may occur.
